Asiana is a nice country club located in the Yongin area so it’s not far from Seoul. It’s a popular country club but not open to the public but many corporations have membership there so I tend to play here a few times per year.
Parking is valet only and is complimentary so that’s nice.
The clubhouse is nice with a great view of the undulating fairways.
The course is pretty difficult though with a West course and an East course. The east course is more difficult though but also has an interesting hole where the cart goes up on a lift to go to another level.
I played reasonably well on the front 9 but my driver wasn’t so good on the back 9. I was getting lucky though because a severe slice/fade would enable my ball that should have went OB left to curve onto the fairway.
The west course does not end up back at the club house after the front 9 so there is a small snack bar area where you can get a quick bite.
The caddie was a bit too lax on scoring. She seemed to give a lot of mulligans and roughly just score holes as a bogey instead of double bogey, etc.
Had a late lunch at a local restaurant which was good as usual.
