This was a nice day at the course. Weather was great and the course was fun as usual. I played well overall but lost my driver swing on the last few holes (I kept duck hooking them…not sure what was up with that).
My fellow players were cool and this was my first time playing with Hoon. He scored his lifetime best score and he was playing well. He said that he’s a beginner but his play looked pretty good.
Hyungoo is a great golfer but his driver was slicing and was a bit all over the place. Funny thing is that after our round he got a call from a friend because their drivers got switched the day before! Turns out he was playing with his friend’s driver all day. They both use the Ping G425 so the head looks the same but the shaft looked like it was not a stock shaft, etc. so I’m not sure how he didn’t notice earlier.
