Players: Joon, Justin
Another 6:51 tee time means I’m getting up at 3:30am to leave the house just after 4am to get to the golf course at 5:30, etc. Brutal but not as bad as it sounds.
My first round of the year with Joon and Justin. Justin is our ace and is a great golfer so I usually pick up a few things from him when we play. Joon is also solid as well.
I played like garbage the first half though. My putting was just way off so I was 3 putting a lot…driver was just off, etc. Seems like I was getting onto the green and putting for bogey only to miss and double bogey or I’d screw it up and 3 or 4 putt, etc. Just a bad first half overall.
Second half was much better though and I settled down quite a bit with a lot of pars and bogeys to round things out.
We set up golf dates for the rest of the year so it looks like we have 3 more dates on the calendar with this group. We went to jeju island last year to play Pinx and might do that again this year but we’ll see.
