This was a fun but hot round. With temperatures hitting 100 degrees, it was pretty hot! We were supposed to play in the morning at Gapyeong Benest but due to heavy rain last week, they had flooding and some damage to the course so they closed for 1 week to repair the course. So we moved our tee time last minute to Ansung Benest.
I used to play Ansung Benest a few times a month but haven’t played as much this year. It’s just easier to book tee times at closer golf courses but I like Ansung Benest and with the new freeway, access is much better. It still takes slightly over an hour but it’s better than the hour and twenty minutes that it used to take before.
We had a quick lunch, played our round, had shaved ice at the turn, and finished up after 18. We didn’t eat dinner and just went straight home so it was nice getting home in time for dinner.
