Played for the first time with a couple of other dads from my kids school. They were both cool guys and solid golfers so it was a lot of fun!
Since this was a Saturday afternoon round in the summer, it was hot hot hot! It was humid, sunny, and overall just a lot of heat out there. But we powered through it and had a fun round!
I played well overall but kind of lost my driver swing for a few holes. It was a little frustrating. My putting was pretty good though so that was great.
Since it was hot, we ended up going to the cold noodle restaurant after the round rather than eating hot duck/chicken soup.
