This was a round with a few of my team leads. It was a fun round and the course was in good condition as usual. The weather was nice as well.
Club 72 Haneul is the flagship course amongst the 4 courses here and it’s really nice. The clubhouse is old though but the course itself is top notch and has hosted many KPGA and KLPGA tournaments over the years.
They finally have a pro shop but it does not have direct billing integration with the country club.
The restaurant is not a typical country club but is instead of a buffet. It used to be free but it is now 10k krw (which is still a good deal!). Quality of the food is ok and about on par with a typical airport hotel lounge so cup ramen, snacks, a few main dishes, etc.
Our caddie was nice but didn’t line up balls for you on the putting green. She did give you some verbal thoughts though (e.g., “2 cups to the left and downhill”), etc.
I almost got a hole in one! I hit the ball well and it went towards the hole but ended up just a foot or so from the hole. That was my closest near hole in one…
