We had a nice round! Talofofo is a bit of a drive from the Tumon Bay area where we were staying. The check in guy was friendly and asked if we wanted to pay extra for “fairway access”…I didn’t really know what that meant but figured that it might be a charge for us to drive our carts into the fairways. Either way, it was $10/player so we payed $20. But he also gave us a voucher for $20 that can be used in the restaurant or pro shop so I guess it’s kind of “free”. We didn’t eat at the restaurant after the round so we ended up using it at the pro shop to buy some random stuff.
Each player is given 3 bottles of water and a can of iced tea in the cooler. The service was excellent and friendly.
The course was nice. You don’t really get ocean views here but it was still pretty and maintained well. Some of the greens had some dead patches, etc. but it was all good and overall a fun round.
There are some package deals where you can play both Talofofo and Mangilao so we got that deal so we play Mangilao tomorrow!!!
