5/26/2026 – La vie est belle (Dunes)

Tee Time: 14:21

Players: Yoonjung, Jy

There was rain the weather forecast for days so we fully expected the day to be full of rain and a big storm. Turned out that the rain shifted and it wasn’t raining in the morning.

Personally I wanted to cancel this round because I had already played golf for 2 consecutive days prior (Sunday and Monday) and also had another round scheduled for the following day. I like to play golf but 4 days in the row is a bit much even for me.

But nah, it didn’t rain so we went and had to play. We played the front 9 and I played really well. Driver was going straight and consistent! At the turn, we had a snack (파전) and after about 40 minutes, we went to go play the back 9 and…it started raining! They let us cancel so we called it a day.

Dunes is great because it’s relatively cheap during the week (160k krw) and they allow 3 person teams. I have been playing quite often and will probably play a lot here in the future.
