Anyang is my favorite country club in Korea! The best is a close toss up between Anyang and Trinity but I like Anyang just a little bit more. Trinity tends to be more of a modern country club with excellent service and a nice practice range that you can use before hole 1 (my favorite part of Trinity!). The course itself is nice but difficult with hazards, OB, etc.
Anyang is much more traditional with a long history. The course is wide without too many hazards and OB. Unlike most country clubs in Korea, there is no cart path and motorized carts so instead you must walk the course and you have 2 caddies to help.
The member list is short so members can pretty much get a tee time very easily. I am able to get tee times via work but it’s not easy.
The caddies put your golf bags onto a manual push cart. Each push cart supports 2 bags. The caddies are excellent. I wasn’t necessarily having the best round but they were great at finding my errant golf balls, etc.
If you ever get a chance to play Anyang, grab the chance!
