6/7/2025 – Torrey Pines (North)

Tee Time: 11:51

Players: Ben, Jake, Jy

I love playing my annual round at Torrey Pines! I usually play the north course because I prefer the course. The views are better but it’s a little shorter and roughly $100 cheaper. Total cost was $194/player for green fees and another $45 for the cart.

I played well and didn’t lose a single ball for most of the round. Of course at the start of hole 18, I told my playing partners that I hadn’t lose a ball all round and haven’t been in a bunker all round so I then proceeded to lose a ball and hit into the bunker on hole 18. Lol…the golf gods are there to punish me.

It was a fun round though and just a good day overall. The weather was a bit chilly and overcast though but it was still nice with the sun peeking out a few times.

Ran into our friend Elvin over in another hole. I ran into him once a few years ago as well so that was nice. I also played with Jake who I haven’t played a round with in about 3 or 4 years.

Before the round, we got some awesome tacos at Roberto’s and afterwards we headed over to Seasurf for some more great food!
