Played with my friends who I played with a couple of days ago. This time we played in Pocheon where the clubhouse is nicer and the course overall has a more upscale feel. Both really liked the course although it’s challenging. But the grass is Korean grass so it’s easier to hit irons on the fairways.
My driver was pretty good again so that was nice but there was one hole where I kept pushing it right. I pushed it right and it went out so I tried again and tried for a draw but it pushed again so that was my one bad hole of the round.
I lost a ball into the water on a par 3 though twice too so oh well.
I was mentioning to Phillip that I like this course but I’ve never played well here and my front 9 was atrocious. My driver was good but I was just missing a lot on other shots so it seemed like most holes were double bogey, etc. The back 9 was good though and I got a few pars and mostly bogeys so played solid bogey golf (which is always my goal).
Anyway, another great day. This was 3 days in a row so I was a little tired from all of these rounds. Tomorrow is a nice rest day and then it’s another 2 more days of golf so that will be nice!
