This was my first time playing at Club 72 since the previously Sky 72 was bought out my a new company. Most of it was the same though. The signs had changed from Sky 72 to Club 72. The pro shop is no longer downstairs. There is no pro shop. Hopefully they make another one in the future.
The Ocean course was nice as usual. But they got rid of the fishball soup (oh-deng) and the fish bread (bbong-uh-bbang) so that was a bit of a bummer.
I played really well though so that was nice.
It wasn’t as cold as yesterday at the start but it really started to get cold and chilly towards the end. We were a twilight tee time so expected to play around 15 holes but after 14 holes we called it a day. It was just too cold and miserable. Of course we were driving back to the clubhouse we passed all of the Koreans who choose to keep playing another hole before it really gets dark.
