3/29/2024 – Eastlake (Sydney, Australia)

Tee Time: 12:30pm

Players: Ryan, Jono, Jy

Eastlake is a wonderful course. We arrived a bit early to get a cart but it looked like they have a shortage of carts. They said that we can get one at 12:15pm so we waited around and was able to get a cart.

I initially said that we’ll try to get a cart but if not, no big deal…we’ll just walk. But it turned out that this was a good thing.

Some of the greens to the next tee are really really far. Like 800m+ of walking just to get to the next hole. It was pretty crazy how far some of these holes were. There is one area where you need to cross a small bridge and that was also really far.

I was so glad that we got a cart. The carts here are gas so they are the ones that sound like a lawn mower. I like electric much more.

The course itself is very nice. There are many holes next to each other though so a slice/hook can easily put you in another fairway.
