Tee Time: 5:53am
Players: Eric, James, Woonchul
This was an early morning tee time! We were something like the 3rd team out there. My friend Eric picked me up at 4:10am so that we could get there by around 5am and have breakfast before our round. This meant that I got up at around 3:30am to get ready, etc.
Asiana had a west and east course (each 18 holes). East is considered more difficult but also has the interesting funicular to take you and the cart up to the last few holes. West is the easier course but both courses are considered very difficult.
There are undulations all over the fairways so it looks pretty but you are rarely going to have a flat easy shot.
The caddies seem very liberal and generous with their scoring though so my scores always end up really low here for some reason.
There was no break at the turn so we ended up finishing up at around 10am. Definitely one of the earliest and quickest rounds I have played in Korea.
