This was a fun round in decent weather. Sometimes it can be very hot and rainy at this time of year but the weather was nice with a decent breeze and no rain.
The golf course originally booked me the South+East course which is the shorter and narrower and worse overall course but I was able to find a tee time online for North+West so that was nice.
I played ok overall but still sliced a few. I’m not sure why I keep doing that out on the course when I don’t slice much anymore on the range.
There is a guy at the golf course who is always trying to sell his free standing putter. I tried it and it looked interesting so…I bought one! It was 350k. We’ll see if it helps my putting. For some reason, I think it’s not really the gear that’s the problem….
While playing hole 3, I got some messages on my phone that Trump got shot! Wow…I guess we’ll always remember where we were in key moments and this is one of those defining moments in our lives.
