Shinedale is a relatively affordable course with tee times that are easy to book. The location is not too far from Seoul but sometimes there can be a lot of fog. The grass was western grass but they are in the process of converting the grass into Korean grass so the fairways looked really weird with long strips of Korean grass and mostly dead western grass between the strips.
Many of the tee boxes were mats.
Overall, the course was just not in very good condition hence the low price.
I also have never really played very well here but Luke had an awesome round and shot his lifetime best! He got an 80 along with 2 birdies which was amazing.
But nah, I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon.
