This was a group that I played with last year at Cascadia but one of the members couldn’t make it so he called in a replacement (Hojun).
This was a fun round with mostly beginners. Hank hadn’t picked up a golf club in about 2 months so he was a bit all over the place but hit putting was pretty good. He drained a 40 foot putt on hole 18 which was awesome!
I played well overall. I started strong with a +7 on the front 9 which was good for me and put me in a nice pace but I didn’t play so well on the back 9 and ended up with a +11 on the back 9 so oh well…ended up with a 90. I only had 1 blowup hole which ended up as a +3 so oh well. I was mostly just getting a bogey on most holes and my putting was good enough that I wasn’t 3 putting. I focused more on putting this round and it seems to have helped.
It was starting to get warm but overall weather in Korea is still nice.
