I had a fun time playing with my friend and his family (wife and son). Son is a junior golfer and plays in tournaments so he had really good form and played a good game. Hendrick has a lot of golf experience as he has been playing for many decades so his game was solid as well. Wife was learning so more of a beginner but she was having fun too so that’s all that matters anyway!
The traffic going to the golf course was crazy though. It’s normally about an hour or slightly longer from Seoul and I allocated around 1.5 hours to get there from Seoul but it took us slightly more than 2 hours to get there! It was crazy how much traffic there was. We barely made it before our tee time and I was really nervous and rushing to get us there.
We got to the course just after 12pm and by the time I parked, checked-in, put on my golf shoes, and ran out to the cart it was around 12:10. We headed over to the first tee box right away and the team in front of us was just getting ready to tee off. I took a deep breath because we made it! Wow…
I played ok but I was just a bit frazzled from rushing to get to the course. Driver was ok so that was nice.
Hendrick and his son played ok also and had a lot of fun so it was great to see. Wife also had fun but also enjoyed the scenery and taking pictures and video so that was nice too!
Overall a great day on the course and happy to spend some time with my friend and his family!
